02 / ServicesDomestic, landlord & commercial

Seven services. One accountable contractor.

A complete service from design through to installation, inspection and testing. Nothing falls between trades, and one company answers for the whole job.

Also covered within these: renovations, in-house electrical design, lighting, extra sockets and outdoor power, planned maintenance, and new build homes. All services

03 / How a job runsEnquiry → design → install → certificate

From drawing to handover.

One room or a whole building, the sequence is the same, and the same company is responsible for every stage of it.

  1. Stage 01 / 04 · In-house design

    Survey & design

We start on site: what you need, what is already there and what the building will allow. On larger jobs we draw the installation in-house: lighting layouts, circuits and loads, before a single cable is pulled.

CU KITCHEN / DINING LIVING HALL DRG E-01 · LIGHTING & SMALL POWER · ILLUSTRATIVE
  2. Stage 02 / 04 · Before the plaster

    First fix

Cables, back boxes and containment go in before plaster, flooring and kitchens. It's the part you never see again, which is exactly why it has to be right.

  3. Stage 03 / 04 · The part you see

    Second fix & finish

Accessories, lighting and equipment fitted, aligned and finished, so the result looks as considered as the room around it.

Finished kitchen with pendant lighting over the island
  4. Stage 04 / 04 · Signed off

    Test & certify

Every installation is inspected and tested before handover, and you receive the certification for the work, ready for building control, insurers, buyers or tenants.

The challenge

HMOs carry tougher fire-safety and electrical-safety obligations than a standard let, and fire detection sits at the centre of them. This one was being renovated throughout.

What we did

Installed the fire alarm system as part of the renovation.

The result

A property ready to let to multiple tenants, with the certification to prove it.

06 / New homesSelf-builds, new houses & conversions

Building a house? Wire it once, properly.

For self-builders and small developers. The decisions that are cheap at first fix are expensive once the plaster is on, so we get the layout right on paper first.

They replied quickly to my enquiry, was available and costed up the project. It was then all completed to a very high standard and I was really happy with the outcome (adding power sockets and lights to my garage). Second time I've used them before and will definitely be using again when required.

11 / Questions

Straight answers.

Anything else? Call 07732 700630 and ask an electrician.

Are you registered and insured?

Yes. We're a NAPIT registered electrical contractor, our electricians hold ECS cards, and we're fully insured. We're also a Google Guaranteed business, rated 4.9 from 45 Google reviews.

Do you work on commercial and industrial premises?

Yes. We handle everything from a single domestic socket change to large industrial installation contracts, including commercial installations, fire alarms and emergency lighting, testing and planned maintenance.

I'm a landlord. Can you carry out an EICR?

Yes, we provide full electrical inspection and testing with a detailed report. In England, private landlords must have their electrical installations inspected and tested at least every five years, and provide the report to tenants.

Can you design the electrics for my extension or renovation?

Yes. We offer in-house electrical design, so the lighting layout, circuits and capacity are planned properly before work starts, and the same team installs, tests and certifies it.

Is your work guaranteed?

All our work comes with a complete guarantee, backed by a 100% satisfaction promise: if you're not completely happy, we'll make it right.

Something has gone wrong now. How quickly can you come?

Call rather than use the form. We're listed as open 24 hours, most enquiries get a reply within a couple of hours, and our vans carry the stock to put most faults right on the first visit. Tell us what's happened and we'll be straight with you about how soon we can get there.

Which areas do you cover?

We're based in High Wycombe and cover High Wycombe, Hazlemere, Marlow, Beaconsfield, Amersham, Gerrards Cross, Chesham, Princes Risborough, Aylesbury and Henley-on-Thames, plus the villages between them. Send us your postcode and we'll confirm straight away.
